What up Sorry I haven't been able to get to my computer for a while. Went to a Static X, and Otep concert on sunday. Well I started a New Routine Today its A Push/Pull/Lowerdody. Every Time ya start a new routine it just kicks your ass, am so spent right now I can't wait to finish writing and go to bed. Heading up to a Twins and White Soxs baseball game 2 morrow its my B-Day (27) work out when I get back. See you got a new Pic looking good keep it up.

Whats up. Tool in two weeks boy would I be sore. Well that refreshing to know I still have plenty of time for a contest. I see on your profile your getting ready for the Shawn Ray Pro/Am classic. Thats around the 1st week of june if I'm not mistaken right. Hows training going, I wanted to wish you the best of luck. Now is that divided up into weight classes. I mean you dont go up against the likes of Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson, Phil Health, Ronnie Coleman, etc. etc....

whats up... Drop me a line sometime... Oh and by the way 169 lbs... Thats 5 lbs in one week... Thanks to Cell-Tech and Nitro Tech.... Man I'm telling you that NaNo Vapor is no joke you should check it out... Any how going to start a new routine next week..Push/Pull/Lower body all big excersise's. Big body moves that 180 by the end of summer is in reach later.

Whats up sorry didn't reply right away, between working out nad work (7 days a week 12 hour days) haven't had time to get to the computer. By the way I'm going to see Tool in Peoria, IL. June 20th can't wait will be my first time seeing them. Though I did see Perfect Circle with NIN, but its still not Tool. Any way drop me a line and will talk some more. Looking good yourself thats were I want to get. I would like to enter one Contest before I'm to old. Lets say within the next 3 years.

Ya its been a tough road I don't know where I'd be without the weights.. Its seriously keeped me away from bad situtations, and those bad influence's. I have about one more year of staying in South Dakota and saving up money (Still recoverying from my past with the money thing and all) then I can start to go forward to achieve my dream of owning my own gym. I have a long road still ahead. With staying fit at my side it'll give me the proper motavation to achieve it.

what up bro I'll E-Mail those to you as soon as I get done writing this.Did shoulders yesterday. Left one still felt a little sore, but I was able to hit it hard and it feels good today. So I think I'm going to start doing some partials with every body part for a week, just on the last set of each exercise.. See what kinda gains I get with that.. Talk to ya later.

what up bro, I decided to do shoulders 2-morrow instead of legs.I decided to do legs on tuesday cause I take wed,and thurs off.So I figured I'd do them before my break. I'm also going to send you these two articles one on Mass Rules and the other on hardgainers. I got some helpful hints that I'm going to start on Friday on week two of my new routine. Its the x-reps check it out. Well I'm going to sign off I'm getting up at 6 so I can be to the gym by 6:30. Talk to you 2-Morrow.

hey whats up I just posted my first profile yesterday, just looking for some people to stay in contact with, Just like you I'm trying to bulk up AGAIN. I once weighed 135-145lbs, but when I started lifting I got up to around 185, then I hurt my shoulder and dropped down to 165 and lost an inch on my bis suxs, but that comes with lifting injuries will happen. Take it easy & drop me a line.
