thanks cousin. I love working my back, so I put in extra time on back days to make sure I can do all that I can when I am lifting back. A lot of pull ups and a lot of T-bar rows heavy. Then just some lighter shaping moves, and dumbell and barbell shrugs to finish it off with some real delt work to tie it all together.

yeah trying to find the righ combination of bi work too. I love barbell curls, cable curls hammer curls and a machine at the base gym for iso curls. but like dumbell curls and **** like that doesn't really do anything for me. I dont feel it like I do the other moves. Rope push downs are my 2nd favorite for tri's, can do drop sets and just kill em! close grip bench for the mass

yeah I know like dumbell curls, I dont feel those at all, I mean its heavy or its light, but I dont get anything from it for a pump. I feel barbell curls, cable curls hammer curls and this machine at the game where you put your arm on a pad and curl down toward yourself, you'lve probably seen one at your home station. but a lot of dumbell things dont work for me.

sounds like it messed you up pretty bad. I am in the military so I can't even pretend to take anything like that lol. I seem to be drug tested more then other too, sucks. They say "work out be healthy" but when you start getting size they think you are on something! idiots lol. I just eat a lot haha. I am skinnier underneath my 16% bf haha.

yeah I just read your work out program. seems alright man. I dont think your arms are too big though. you seem to be pretty proportioned with the rest of your upper body. I am trying something for 6 weeks, I am on week 4 now I believe. So if this doesn't work then I have to change something. Hopefully I see some progress though. or it was wasted time

yeah that would suck man. I am just trying to watch more of what I eat and just do a little extra for lifting to get some extra calories burnt. I am supposed to deploy soon, so hopefully I can go on that and do the surgery after. I want to go to Iraq.

I look in the mirror, and some things are bigger then others! so I am trying to bring those things up bigger and harder, but just not respoding all over my body like I should. my back is doing great, but having trouble with arms.

pull ups, try to do at least 50 each time I Go for back day. usually around 25-30 wide grip (no matter how many sets it takes) and then the rest close grip. then tbar rows with different hand positions. dumbell shrugs. heavy to light. then load up a barbell for barbell shrugs. different hand positions, and heavy as possible
