I am looking to get Tim Tebow's build, I dont want a rippling cut up bodybuilder look like I originally was trying too. I dont think its in my genetics. But I think possibly I could get built like Tim Tebow. I am getting a thick wide back with some good traps so if any one has a good...
Thats cool, as long as you are training. I train before PT; I've been doing it long enough to be used to it now..lol..Your shoulder line is nice. Do you do shoulder shrugs? I only use 20 pds; i dont need much.:o)..remember to TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME..
Yeah man ignorant people can be very annoying at times. And most people just don't know about natural bodybuilding. Ohh well, inform them or screw em haha. But not to say I've always been 100% lol. On an interesting note, I saw another doctor and he diagnosed me with mono. So it may not have been the supplement I took that made me sick. But either way I'm getting better now thank god. Well have a good weekend bro.
Nah i dont know anyone over there. But, the gym here on base is awesome. It's just finally getting done too with millions of dollars of renovations should be done with in 6 months. Still even with work going on the gym is open and fully functional
Yeah man, I don't do dumbbell curls. At first I did but I never get a good pump. Straight barbell curls are awesome, hammer culs are bomb for building up the peak. Otherwise I do preacher curls and mostly just standing curls. Tri pushdowns, skull crushers, close dips and close benches are what I do for the tris. Arm workouts feel great cuz when you leave you just feel jacked haha
Hopefully you get something out of it man. I mean at least you are training right. Yeah yesterday I hit my legs, they are getting harder but not really beefing up. Gotta just keep working them I suppose and not give up. Good luck with the program though, even a little result is better then nothing.
I struggle on the bi's as well. Not sure what the deal is. Just gotta keep switching up what lifts you do and make sure you just aren't going through the motions, FEEL every rep as well.
Thanks for that info,i do all sorts to get at my back but its my mind thats hunting for more than what im doing now!Never satisfied me thinks.I love deads because they hit your back so well when you pull your shoulders back when in the standing position.Im trying to eat more now too for the next 7 months lol.
Good enough to pass and high enough not to worry!Oh so you let yourself have it with the back workout then? Do you do those t bar rows?If so are they worth doing?
