I am honestly pissed off the last few days. Well longer then a few days, but more so the last 3-4 days. mainly because I have been working my ass off with my bi's trying to get them to grow, and I see a slight increase in mass in my arms, just on the tape measurer. but they are still just...
I wouldn't get frustrated over the bi's bro. You just might be closer to growth than you think. You said you are seeing seperation. That's growth. Tri's make up the bulk of the arm so don't leave them out. Close bench for those. And for those stubborn bi's do 4 sets of 21's. 7 half way up, 7 half way dwn, then 7 full reps.
Weird me thinks, all that effort and a ice cream scoops worth of muscle lol.I say go for a gargantuan tricep instead sod the bi!Let me know if that works out cause mine aint no bigger!
damn, i hear ya, i had surgery on my back last summer and couldnt do ANYTHING for 2 months...lost muscle, gained fat....it was hell, but stick it out and just take it slow when you get back, and best of luck!
Hey, I hear ya, I feel the same way sometimes. Have you tried changing up your diet and workout a bit, I know once I did that I started seeing more changes....Kind of shock the body, ya know....
Eek. Yeah, you need to snag a bottle of that Reset AD. It think its only $18 on the bb.com store... I used to work at Starbucks in college and you sound just like I did from having all the free espresso shots all day. Once the adrenals are back in action you'll have much more rapid fat loss and overall energy.
Hmm. You're taking a multi-vitamin and all the basics right? If you consume stimulants fairly regularly, try a product called "Reset AD" from Palo Alto Labs. 3/day 1st week, 2/day 2nd, 1/day 3rd. Helps get your adrenals up and running again so things actually have an affect.
SuperPump is good as long as 1 scoop is enough for you. More than that and, well... There's a reason its also called "SuperDump" when you bump up to 2-3 scoops.
The Dark Rage is strong. Has 30g maltodextrin, so some people don't go for that. My shop has only had 3 people ever not like it, and one was 'cause the stimulants tweaked him out too much! Agreed for the Cellmass. There are only 3 creatine products I use on the market: Kre-Alkalyn capsules, Max Muscle CX3, and Gaspari SizeON. Any others I don't really waste my time with.
Ah, man, I cannot stomach any of BSNs workout products! I love the Dark Rage. Taste isn't the best, but not loaded with sodium bicarbonate (what makes the NO Xplode so fizzy). That, or their Trac Xtreme-NO works well, but is a bit high on the acidity with all the aspartic acid if I remember right, so some people get a touch nauseous on that, too.
