When I Started: Mar 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Worked out for sports in High School. Now for me in the Military and because I want to be big and cut up.

WHY I LOVE IT:

want to be in excellent shape for sports and apperance, plus I am military!

I have been doing strength training type lifting for about 5-6 weeks now. I have been putting everything into my workout tracker. Strength is way up on everything, back to where I used to be a few years ago. I think next week will start my hypertrophy workout program and see how much muscle I can build now.

So for any one who cares, I am staring something now. I have hit a wall on this deployment, and I started putting on weight in my stomach and almost an inch overall on my waste, so time for that to go! I am doing a 3 day a week weight lifting plan. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday is chest/tri's. Wednesday legs/shoulders Friday Back/bi's. I was doing each thing on its own day but this **** is so exhausting sometimes I would go in and just put up a half ass effort, even on days when I was pushign my self, I was taking longer and longer to recover from work outs. plus I got sick as hell with...

my skinny arms

I have been ating, lbs upon lbs of food, and mostly healthy clean calories, carbs and ptroteins. I have been doing this for like 3 months now. My back... huge!! my chest.. 2 inches bigger, thighs, almost 3 inches bigger, shoulder, 2 inches bigger, calfs 1.5 inches bigger (didnt work them as much due to a heel problem). EVERYTHING getting huge!! EXCEPT my arms!! So someone tell me, what the hell am I doing wrong?!?! I try lifting heavy, nothing, I Tried doing drop sets, nothing, I tried to do a high rep high volume thing, nothing. and I did all of these things for a while. I was doi...
