I started working out when I came across some weights that were being thrown out after a church yard sale. They were ancient,you know the old sand weights, mismatched, that don't fit an olympic bar...and about a year later when my family moved into a new place,the previous residents had left an old flat bench rack...so it was all bench press, shoulder press, and bicep curls...and that's where it all began.
Why I Love It:
There is really nothing else quite like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never settling for what I have, always feeling as if I can do better...or deserve to become better. I have never reached my potential, and I may never...but it sure is fun trying...
BB Accomplishments:
None so far..never really prepared for a BB competition...I was Captain of My Football and Track team, haha...if that counts...

In the morning you will have a lower weight but a higher body fat reading. This is because the body fat reading depends on the difference in electrical conductivity between water and fat. Fat is an electric insulator.
