When I Started: Dec, 1999
How I Started: I started working out when I came across some weights that were being thrown out after a church yard sale. They were ancient,you know the old sand weights, mismatched, that don't fit an olympic bar...and about a year later when my family moved into a new place,the previous residents had left an old flat bench rack...so it was all bench press, shoulder press, and bicep curls...and that's where it all began.
Why I Love It: There is really nothing else quite like it.
How I Stay Motivated: Never settling for what I have, always feeling as if I can do better...or deserve to become better. I have never reached my potential, and I may never...but it sure is fun trying...
BB Accomplishments: None so far..never really prepared for a BB competition...I was Captain of My Football and Track team, haha...if that counts...

In the morning you will have a lower weight but a higher body fat reading. This is because the body fat reading depends on the difference in electrical conductivity between water and fat. Fat is an electric insulator.

Iwas reading where when you are hydrated, your body fat measurement comes out a little lower. Not to complicate things...
