Quit smoking and decided to change the way I eat and live my life.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel some much better after a long day. Relaxes me helps me sleep better. I even look forward to being sore the next day after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I put my mind to something its done! But I got to the gym with my brother in-law which helps.
