When I Started:
How I Started:
I've worked out for years, but just got serious about building more muscle a few years ago. Prior to that, I did light weight/cardio type workouts.
Why I Love It:
Great stress reducer, plus I feel good about doing what I can to keep my body strong and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
A dedicated, regular workout partner really helps--having a spotter has made a big difference for me. I still have lots of improving to do, but I'm happy for every little success.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 18 lbs (of badly needed muscle) in about 18 months.
The program is mostly 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps. It's really fascinating the way they put it all together though. There's a special way to do a lot of it. They even designed a special warm up. It's a lot of reading, but it's well worth it. It takes some people years to find out this kind of info, and others never find it at all.
ha ha, yeah I know how that is. I actually heard about this workout a couple of years ago and put it on hold until now. I wish I would've gotten to it sooner though. So far it seems like it's the real deal. But I'll let you know in a few more weeks.
Yeah, I've only been doing it for a week. I'm just starting my second week so I can't fully vouch for it yet. But go ahead and check it out at: www.ast-ss.com
No problem. My training has been going very well. I'm starting my 2nd week of the Max OT program tomorrow, it's been going great so far. I see you take CytoGainer, that's the best weight gainer I've ever used.
