I got started after I was overweight by 50 pounds and my grandfathers both died of weight related issues,and bad diet.
Why I Love It:
Gives me confidence sense of well being.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to live a short life, and I love the feeling I get from working out.I also don't want to be over weight die of a heart attack, and or other health issues like many of my family members. A life of being sedentary and over eating/ eat the wrong things is not for me.
I am currently 158 LBS. The lowest I have been in probably well 3 Year or so, and I am also the weakest I have been for a long time. I have a nice abdomen whoopie! My current program made me lose alot of my strength, so I am switching it up.
Hey bro... waht would you suggest if i miss one of the weights workouts? SHould i do them instead of the cardio day? or if its missed it's missed? thanks buddy!
I'm in Florida. My sponsor is here too. Its not as easy here as some might think but i'm definately moving toward getting as many as I can because I want to get to Diamond fast.
