When I Started: Jun 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I have a friend who competed in bodybuilding shows, just stated training with him, simple as that.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The feeling when you see you body getting bigger and shapely makes you realise you can achive something.

Some people say its abit much but it works for me and it gives you the ability to drop a day and still not miss a bodypart, plus if you are still recovering, obviously you miss it.

FIRST COMP.

Okay, I entered my first bodybuilding comp. It was the SA INBA, and i did, um, shit basically. I had made good gains, and lost alot of weight but overall was just not where i wanted to be. The comp was on a sunday, and i looked better the wednesday after, seems like my WaterRid kicked in to late and the dieting i know was started too late. But hey these are what you learn. So for this year i know i will need a full 12 weeks not 8 like i thought i may be able to pull off with my dieting, and start my water dropping atleast a week prior ( i was told only to start about 3 days prior).
