7am : 3/4 cup oats 7pm: skinless chicken breast/1cup egg whites
3/4 table spoon natural peanut butter 2cups brocolli/spinach/mixed veggies
1 serving iso-whey protein
10am: 1 apple or 16 almonds 10pm: 1 serving casein protein
1 serving iso-whey protein
12:30 1 skinless chicken breast lots of water, cardio, training and mostly
2 cups brocolli/spinach/mixed veggies dedication!!!
