Goal (Long):
T want to Loose 16.4 kilos by the summer to get rid of excess baody fat.
I want to gain muscle after I have reduced bodyfat. Right now ... toning muscle for three months .... then start the gain of muscle, but realize that at 48 its not going to be massive! but i'll give a go.!
I want to Reduce Bodyfat by the summer and down to 61 kilos.
Lower Cholesterol - think its under control, used to be high, but better keeping it lower!
Improve Endurance .... especially in chest - upper arms and back.
Upgrade and then "maintain" physical appearance
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 16 kg
