How I Started:
Finally decided at 278 Pounds with High blood pressure that I am was just to damn fat. Time to make a permanant change.
Well today 2-02-09 I started. Oh all the water all I want to do is PEE all the time LOL.
Why I Love It:
When I have worked out before the amount of energy I had was tremendous. I seemed more focussed and more aware of everything. Time to get the fat out of the brain I know the results will be great.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. My 6 Year Old Daughter and my wife wanting to live for them.
2. Looking at and reading all of the picture and stories here. The amount of teamwork I have seen here and transformations motivate me everyday.
Well. After my last post some time ago when I fell off the wagon. I could not overcome that taste. So my mind convinced me that I needed to stop and guess what I did. I have visited with my doctor and he said it could of all been ketosis or a zinc deficiancy.
I don't know what program you are using but I wanted to say that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It is a 12 week body transformation program that is fairly easy to do. I don't know if you had heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goals. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Believe and Achieve!
Hey man, just thought that I would check in and see how things are going. I hope everything is going well. I am hanging in there, hope you are too. Slowly but surely we will make it.
Hey, Thanks for the info on the supps. I picked me up some Glutamine, and BCAA's to go along with my protein powder. I hope they help me right on along. I saw you have lost 17.6 lbs! Thats great. I am hoping I can do the same. Keep up the good work.
Hey, thanks for checking in on me. Things have gone well this first week. No cheating on the meals and good workouts. I hope the motivation stays with me. How has your progress been? Good I hope. Hey, what all supplements do you use? I have been drinking protein shakes, but thats it. Should I do more? What all do you use?
Thanks for the heads up. I got the Glutamine, but I have to pick up some protein powder. I've just been consuming large quantities of chicken, turkey, and beef. What protein powder do you recommend? I usually get stuff at GNC.
Nice Chris! loosing more and more weight by the day. Good choice on joining a gym. it helps not having the distractions when you are working out at home.
Going to start a new supplement stack. MuscleTech Hardcore Shredded Stack plus adding in Cryotest with the stack (21 days). Going to start this after I get off the nightshift here at the end of the month. Hard to keep a good meal plan when switching between nights and days.
