Background

When I Started: Sep 2011
HOW I STARTED:

Seven years ago, I had an injury and was told that I would not walk without a brace. Since I had been an athletic competitor most of my life, I knew the muscle usage could be repaired through effort & preserverance. I was looking for something that could be used at home for muscle recovery & maintenance. There is a lot out there as far as yoga, pilates, cardio, etc. I started checking sites for body sculpting and builing. This one seemed to have the most to offer.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I feel more secure in everything I do now that I feel the muscle development improving. It is like a sense of balance has been restored.
