How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED BY LOOKIN AT MY SELF AND HATE THE WAY I LOOK SO IT PUSHES ME TO CHANGE. ALSO OTHER BODY BUILDERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE DRIVE TO ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING GREAT AND I KNOW THAT WILL BE ME SOME DAY
BB Accomplishments:
i could do hardly any cardio or squats...now i can do squats 1hr of cardio with no trouble, and lunges!!
I WANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS, So I CAN BE 110. THEN I WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE AND BULK UP TO AT LEAST 120-125.I AM AT 160 NOW, SO I WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT WITH IN 9 MONTHS, THEN FOCUS HARD CORE ON building muscle and sculpting my body
