When I Started:
How I Started:
I started training when I was 19 in order to lose some college weight I had gained. I trained off and on following that without a real goal in mind. About 4 or 5 years ago I wanted to step it up and push myself to the limit.
Why I Love It:
I love to inspire and motivate other women to reach their physical goals which usually transcend into other parts of their lives, making them happier and more successful women.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from within and my desire to inspire.
