Thank you! I never thought i would say this but bulking(eating)is worse than cut. Almost there only need to gain 15 more pounds before the cut cycle begins. Keep up all the hard work!

No you still should use wide grip pull ups but deadlifts and rows will add nice thickness to back overall. Try doing deadlifts at begining of back work out and pull ups to kill any muscle fibers left at the end. Good luck and let me know if I can help anymore.

Lots of deadlifts, bent over barbell rows and dumbell rows. Hope this helps
