Glad to hear your finishing up a hard time in work and hitting the gym. I last week off, but I think it was good for recovery. I am just interested in the silva v. evans fight. I can't stand evans so I hope silva wins haha.

Hey I am sorry to hear things have been hectic and busy. I just got back from being out of town. I took about a week off from the gym I am going tonight. How was your Xmas? Watching ufc this weekend?

That sounds like a good idea cycling heavy and light weeks. I randomly do that too just dont keep track. Training is going well, I will have almost a week off with holidays. Have a Merry XMAS :)

Yeah I know that feeling haha. So did you hit quads heavy? What exercises did you do today? I usually do legs as a whole maybe I should split quads and hams.

Been pretty good thanks. Had a good leg workout from squats quads and glutes are killing me haha.

I am sure you will be ready for your comp. in March. So are you doing figure or what? My training is going pretty well, starting to get diet back on track.

Well don't worry you will build up your glutes and quads. Hamstrings and glutes are my weak spot. Good luck on training and exams :).
