I did heavy squats, barbell split squats, step ups, leg extensions, single leg press, and calves. I just started splitting my leg workouts and I like it so far.
Things are very good. I am just starting a 3-4 week cycle of high rep lifting....looking forward to it after all the heavy stuff. Mid-January I'll switch again and go heavy for a bit! Hope things are going well with your training. You have a merry Christmas!!
oh.. well my leg workouts are always changing. I dont really have a one rep max, but I have done 285 twice on my 8th set, ha. Im going to try and get 305 this week.
Hey,it was fun, little too much wine spiked apple cider :-) Caught the Sanchez fight, nasty beating! I really wanted him to take that belt away from Penn. I have to admit though, this was the only fight I've ever seen that I was impressed by BJs skill. Enjoy your week!
BJ's got a big mouth, LOL. Don't like him either. I would love to see Sanchez take the belt. Most likely gonna miss the event though...Christmas party invite. Enjoy the fight!

Doing well here. Some really good fights, I almost jumped out of my skin when Big Country landed that knockout! So who you going for on the Penn vs. Sanchez???
I have been just fine. It's been a good few weeks in the gym....lots of fun and I've been strong. Whew! That teensy pound was hard to come by! Hopefully, I can hold on to it! My body LIKES skinny...I do not! Happy Tuesday!
