DrLynn Heavy lifting went well...I'm now on a rotation where I vary my weight and rep count. I have to keep my body guessing! Just got back from a nice little vacation...didn't do anything in terms of my workouts unless you call jumping around in the pool at noon doing water aerobics a workout. lol...was fun but now I'm back to the task at hand! DrLynn I'm trainingharder! Lol..really, I started a new, heavy lifting, very intense rotation on Monday. Looking to shock my body into some improvements. Hope your workouts are going well. Winter seems like such a great time to focus on training...my favorite time in the gym! Feb 7, 2012 2:26pm

Uldduz Hey there!!! thanks for the message! I have not been on bodyspace a lot, dont like the new layout! :( It confuses me! Anyways- I am a squat girl for sure, but I always have both leg press and squats on my leg day! Love leg training- it is my strenght! :D I hit 100kgs x1 before christmas! :P What about you?! br0k3nchinadoll Hey, I tried to respond by PM but it says you're inbox is full I do a lot of lateral and front raises as well. I've recently incorporated cables for lateral and front raises, and I always do some kind of shoulder press. I'm sure your quads look great! Thanks. meemzer Thanks! Yes I have worked up to 170 on the hip abductor/adductor. At first I thought it must not be accurate, but I go to several different Gold's gyms and use the same machine at the same setting, so it must be right :) I was shocked myself when I saw the pictures of me as I can't see what my back looks like :) Thanks again!
