Thanks. That picture makes me laugh. I AM very happy that I am maintaining the little bit of mass that I have. It isn't always easy for me. If I stop paying attention for a minute..POOF! All gone! I hope your training is going well!

Actually, this is a really good time for me. I have been feeling particularly energetic and strong. I am going to take it easy this weekend then hit it hard on Monday! I'm looking forward to next week's training already!

I am drinking muscle milk and eating more protein... I am lifting more weight than I was a couple of weeks ago.. my weight lifting stats are wrong on my profile.. gotta change that... instead of working the whole body all the time... I pick a couple of body parts and work them for for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. If you have any advice... Id love to hear it. Ive still got some work to do though. You are looking good... What are you doing?

running works way more muscles than the eliptical, at least i find it does, but too much and my knees get sore so i use the eliptical for most of my warm ups, i only do cardio once a week where i run outside or play soccer, i'm trying to build muscle so i don't want ot do too much. as far as back work outs go, i havent' much decided how i'm gonna change it up, but i'm gonna look for a work out htat involves more cable work, i've lately become obsessed with cables :)

I AM DOING OKAY ON A BREAK..JUST TAP SOME BUDDIES.. I HAVE A HUNGER IN ME RIGHT NOW AND I AM OBSESS I WANT MORE RESULTS! I START A SICK DIET THAT IS STRICTLY CLEAN..IT STARTS TOMORROW.. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET MORE OUT OF MY JOURNEY...HOW ABOUT YOU???LOL

Hey! Training's been going great. I've joined a new gym! It's pretty sweet. Before that I just worked out at my school gym (not much equipment, no cardio machines etc.) so now I'm getting more serious about it. Also I'm working on lowering my bf (more cardio machines + classes is working for me) and I've made some progress.
How are you going with life?
