I took a weight lifting class in high school and was hooked.

It's good for my health. I can get away with eating more. It relieves my stress levels.

Lose 5-10 pounds of stubborn fat and gain more muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to look like I work out as hard as I do. In order for me to accomplish my goal, I'm going to gradually try and eliminate sugar and decrease my fat intake. They say abs are made in the kitchen. Working out's the easy part for me. Now, for the hard part.
