Started when I was 14 but never really got it till the past 3 years.

BB Accomplishments:
Started off at 230Lbs @ 32% body Fat. Went down to 180lbs @ 7% body fat. Building back up with quality muscle gains - Currently 210 @ about 12-13% body fat. Forward On!
Right now I would like to head towards 215lbs @ around 10% for the spring and summer.
Goal (Long):
I'm currently using the Macrobolic Nutrition Guide by MHP to flip my composition for my desired goal. This has worked well for me and my clients in the past.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

One muscle group per workout. Heavy weight / 6-8reps 3-4 sets. I pick 3-4 key exercises and just blast it out. This has been the only way I've added size. When I cut-up I do high rep endurance training.
