Started off at 230Lbs @ 32% body Fat. Went down to 180lbs @ 7% body fat. Building back up with quality muscle gains - Currently 210 @ about 12-13% body fat. Forward On!

Around 190 before my winter bulk (I started late) 206lbs - Still Trimming down
I started my winter bulk late but I'm glad I still did it.
I'm still at it guys. I'm really owning the new diet. The bad stuff is slowly coming off.

I'm currently using the Macrobolic Nutrition Guide by MHP to flip my composition for my desired goal. This has worked well for me and my clients in the past.

Workout Program:
One muscle group per workout. Heavy weight / 6-8reps 3-4 sets. I pick 3-4 key exercises and just blast it out. This has been the only way I've added size. When I cut-up I do high rep endurance training.
