it only counts once a day unless you logoff, if you go to [ my control panel ] under the avatar on the right where it says welcome then go to view statistics at the bottom you'll see...I visited yours a lot too (yes stalker)

i wasnt insulting you man, i understand how hard it is, i wasnt really implying that i could just go in there and do that 600/600/40 like it was nothing, it would definately take some work. but in my mentality i can achieve anything with work dude that is why i am going to be a SEAL granted i do not get seriously injured along the way.

I see you told mystic i dont know what im getting myself into. Im not an e-tough guy bro.. seriously. Im very humble, and just like most men, im nervous about my upcoming months. Your workouts got mine beat if thats what you wanted me to say. Im just saying, Its a lot mental. Spending countless hours at the gym now can only go so far when we are at BUD/s. I've done my research if you don't believe me ask me about it all.
