I started working out because not only was I fat, I became SINGLE, and it's impossible to single and FAT, since no one wants to date the fat guy.
I had a workout buddy and we would walk 5-6 miles every morning. Then I would do a little strength training or take Cardio Kung Fu in the evening.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I can't always stay motivated, so I need to find a new way to stay motivated. I have gained a few pounds back, and now I still want to lose another 50 pounds, so I need to figure out how to get the motiavation to do that!
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is losing 100 pounds. However, I got too comfortable with that weight loss, and slacked off on my diet and workouts, and gained about 30 pounds of that back...so now I have about 50 pounds to lose.

This is the photo that prompted me to lose weight.
I really need to lose weight, 50 pounds, and majorly reduce my body fat.
More precisely, I need to figure out how to remove all of the excess fat from my chest. I have a flabby, fatty chest, and need to find a way to firm it up!
It's really easy to slack off again, isn't it. Time to get some friends together for a serious weight loss battle! We do that at work. The goal is at least 15 lbs in 15 weeks. Those of us who take it to heart do a lot better. At the end we eat pizza and beer! Hey, one night in heaven isn't going to add 15 lbs so we can pig out without any guilt! LOL :) Are you gettin' on that scale 2x/week to make sure you don't over do it? Late nights at the clubs is probably tough on you.
Bryan - Congratulations on your incredible weight loss. I know you say you want to loose more...but that old line abotu being hardest on ourselves is true here. You look great. Again, congraulations on an accomplishment few people have the ability (genetically or emotionally) to achieve.
And no practicing your routine on your clients unless you want to practice your dive an catch of the bar as it's about to crashing down on their chest 'cuz they're breaking up. ;)
Those 50 lbs shouldn't be a match at all for your willpower :) Great job losing 100 lbs ... now how to eat healthily in a comedy club late at night?? :)
