Because of the changes that you can see happening to your body, the compliments you receive, and the positive attitude you get from achieving your goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching bodybuilding videos on bodyspace of great bodybuilders such as Jay Cutler and Kevin Levrone.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 100lbs to my deadlift in 3 months.
