Especially now, I am pissed off at myself and the situation I am in. I use it to channel my anger. And boy are you glad that you are not that kick bag. How are you doing?

Hi Clay, You took the words right out of my mouth. Last weekend was an excellent example of that. I must say that training with Dave made you look more ripped. Way to go.

Thanks you are right, even if you go in the right direction but don't make your goal on time it is good to continue. I needed to hear that positive remark, god knows that I seldom hear them. Look forward to the new pics of you.

Hi Clay, well congratulations on the birthday. You look damn good period and being 47 makes it even better. My birthday will be coming up soon but I will not reach my goal. (cry). Training goes well have been busy and lately log my training and food intake on my iphone which works well.

Hi Clay, I hope your shoulder is feeling better and that you could continue your training. I am glad it is getting cooler it was a b.... to train in the warmth. Today I felt like cursing with the sweat running of me. Oh by the way fitted a very, very tight dress so I am one happy beaver.

Yes I did and overdid it this morning. Feel pain in my shoulder but am so pleased with myself pushed real hard. By the way I love the way you are build. Hubby says he will order the bowflex for mothersday. I don't care what day it is as long as I get it. Sounds silly right?

Hi Clay, .....sucks, could not work out today and that does not improve my mood. Can't wait to go to bed and get up and hit the gym again. After all swimsuit season is around the corner. LOL. Finally sold the old workout equipment am now ordering the Bowflex. At least if hubby let's me.
