It sounds probably kind of weird but I love the soreness, the pain that comes with it. The honest sweat. If I don't work out I get cranky, irritable and according to my husband nasty.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not, that is the problem. That is why I am so glad I got referred to this website. It is hard, very hard. Especially if you do not notice any changes apart from the soreness.
BB Accomplishments:
You may laugh about this, the fact that I do go. And lost two clothing sizes since March 2009.

I want to loose approx. 20 pounds, so I can see my abs and show them off during the summer time or whenever I get undressed.
Goal (Long):
I work out approx. 6 times a week and when I don't I feel myself physically sick. I do know that it needs to be more structured, although my home situation does not help, both men eat anything under the sun. I want to feel good about myself again, slim, with abs to show off and a tighter ass. Although I do not complain about my ass.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

Tread mill, it pumps up the heart beat and with my Ipod on the perfect machine.

I would like to know if anyone with lactose intolerance is using muscle milk light. I would like to purchase it but am afraid that I may not be able to use it.

Things are okay...I understand what you mean about being "stuck" in situations. Not much fun, but not much can be done about them. Glad you are channeling your frustrations, I always have my best work outs when I'm pissed. No I wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of the kick bag. Ouch!!!

I know what you mean, life is always busy...I usually find the time late at night of early mornings. Camping was great this past week. Glad you are keeping focused with the workouts.
