I train up to 6 times a week and repeat above training split. I try to avoid doing chest on monday, which is our national bench press day here in SA. I drink about 1 liter of water during my workouts as it can get very hot here and I must prevent dehydration. As I have a fast metabolism, i dont do any cardio, as i want to spare my precious muscle mass that i gained over the past 2 years. My ideal workout time is about a hour and 20min.
