How I Started: I was told about eight years ago I had arthritis in my knees and I said to my self I wasn't going to let that win the battle over me I got in the gym
Why I Love It: its a lifestyle and who lives a lifestyle without loving everything about it
How I Stay Motivated: by motivating my clients I see their drive to keep going and it keeps me going to make sure I'm in top performance at all times
BB Accomplishments: being able to do barbell squats since being told I had arthritis in 99 never been able to do squats now after constant training I can squat 145lbs which is not much but a big deal for me with my legs

Things are good. I have 7 training clients and I still havent quit my day job. I must admit I like traing more then grooming dogs. and personaly I am training hard but feeling a bit lonely. keep in touch. LC
