Jul, 1989
How I Started:
I always wanted to obtain a healthy, lean, muscular body. As a teenage kid growing up in the 80's I watched all the Arnold and Stallone action flicks and they inspired me a great deal to start pumping iron.
Why I Love It:
#1 reason is training/nutrition makes me feel great about myself. My whole day is so much better after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
The idea of Being healthy, looking good and feeling great inspires me to keep on training.
BB.com is also a great place to keep focused on your goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in a few teenage bodybuilding shows back in the day. I never dieted or did any cardio back then and ended up in 3rd place out of 9 competators lol, not too bad.

This was me at 16 years of age, training in my basement, getting ready to graduate highschool back then.
My abs are improving slowly. My waist is "tighting" up a bit as well. It is so hard for me to develop a set of rock solid abs. Gotta keep eating clean and hit and not miss the cardio!
I hope to make some dramatic changes in this area.
My goal is to practice and maintain a healthy lifestyle every single day. My number one goal right now is to stay conistant! I would like to try and achieve a very lean, muscular build that looks both athletic and healthy.
Description: Video clips of myself training with my long time friend/ training partner. This vid also shows some contest footage of when I was a teen. It's fun to look back on after all these years.
WOW! Amazing body.. seriously I would love to look like you (I am sure my wife would like me to as well). Thanks for providing me additional inspiration. By the way, what is a Cardiovascular Perfusionist anyway?
Hey thanks. I have a question for you. Your a big dude, and your arms are huge. How do you put on all that mass? I can lift more almost every week but i don't seem to gain any weight and thats my goal.
