Permission to be totally cliche here, I was always the fat girl and since my early teens it's taken a lot of regular cardio just to maintain my weight... but don't feel bad... i'm too blame being a total chocoholic!!!
Why I Love It:
Running is my morning cup of coffee, it improves everything in my life and totally empowers my day! Working out gives me confidence that no scale ever can.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ooooh, this is a hard one because i feel that my motivation comes in spurts, maybe i have motivation bipolar disorder! I'd say new songs on my ipod can kick my butt into gear the best of all... or running into my boyfriend's skinny ex!
BB Accomplishments:
I'd have to say finishing my second 10k race was a huge one. It was more intense than my first, more hills and trail stuff.
It seems like forever my weight has been lingering around 142-152lbs and for once and for all I want to kick ten pounds and be in the 130 range in time for bikini season. I want to lean up by losing fat but also by gaining muscle and dropping my fat% to 19.0 In addition to transforming my body's look i also want to reach an endurance goal. I love to run and do five times per week, and have completed two seperate 10k races under an hour. This year I want to run a 15k race in hopes to inch my way closer to running a 1/2 marathon next year!

I like Casien Whey or Muscle Milk to fight through the cravings... Also, I trick/ask myself if I've done enough in my training to have earned those sweets!
