I did all natural foods, like plain chichken and plain veggies, no carbs after lunch. lots of protein!

I find that if I have a protein shake right after my workout I bloat! I try to eat some lean turkey, a serving it helps a little. Then about an hour or so later i taken a shake or eat a meal

I have protein at every 6 of my meals. If you do the small 6 meals a day it boosts your metabolism mega. I dont eat carbs after lunch.

The cardio is what does that.. or supposed to make that pop?! Last year I got 4th place in figure. This year I am doing figure and bikini body so hopefully I will go home with 2 trophies this year.
