How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot of fitness and nutrition books and it really helps to stay on track! Plus the wonderful pictures of figure competitors in magazines are inspiring. American Gladiator!!

I am finally feeling better... Was put on a med that made me gain more weight but I only have one more week on it and then I can start really blasting fat! LOL. It was recently my birthday and was down because a few friends did not find the time to call or anything? But that makes me want to...
I work out once a week with my trainer and the other five days at the gym. Two body parts each day. Four days at the gym are weight training and the other two are abs and high intensity cardio. Sunday is rest day.
Sent you private email msg about your nutrition. Don't make the mistake of training too much. It can work against you. Especially if you aren't sleeping enough or getting adequate nutrition.

Ow!! Sorry to hear that! Have you tried the rower?? GREAT cardio...works your whole body!! Also, is swimming an option for you?? Or deep water running using a flotation belt?
