I read a lot of fitness and nutrition books and it really helps to stay on track! Plus the wonderful pictures of figure competitors in magazines are inspiring. American Gladiator!!

getting below 20% bodyfat! huge accomplishment for me

Tomorrow I will post new stats. I have gained a little weight and body fat, but also gained some inches on thighs and arms! I am happy with progress so far!

Workout Program:
I work out once a week with my trainer and the other five days at the gym. Two body parts each day. Four days at the gym are weight training and the other two are abs and high intensity cardio. Sunday is rest day.

How about post workout? Do you consume 50-100g of fast digesting carbs like the magazines say? If I do that, my belly gets fatter and fatter. lol
