How I Started:
School Food and being Lazy added up to four years of unhealthly living. I finally decided, after looking at other bodybuilders, to go to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I see gains every week. I know that I am the one who ultimatly controls my success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep to the schedule. As long as I am able to get up at the same time as the day before, and had progress the last week, I know I will keep to it. If I start to slack off, I just look to my initial motivation and reenergize myself.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to loose 10 lbs in a month of starting and have now lost 20 total. The transition from school to back home as got me out of my normal scheudle. I know I could have lost twice as much if I stayed consistant. I am now waiting to settle down to a consistant daily timeline.
Let me make it known, or let me admit, that I know I am a very bad (I wanted to say terrible but don't know how to spell it) speller. Not only that but I don't usually take care to double check myself for typing mistakes. I have done really well lately at capitlization/punctuation/etc but I...
