What did you injure? Is it a break, tear, pull?
I'm doing well... starting to increase my intensity again... was kind of going through the motions a couple of weeks ago, going to the gym but not really pushing hard... now I'm at it again

I guess to fight the soreness... advil works and make sure you getting adequate amounts of protein... if you aren't taking a protein supp, you may want to start taking one. Other than that... good luck.

Swimming... that's a good idea, if my gym had a pool, I would do the same thing... but unfortunately we don't so it's the bike and treadmill for me. So how's your dieting going? making any progress on that end?

Unfortunately I lost some abdominal definition :( ... Now I'm on week 5 and I'm starting back on cardio and going to a strength routine for two weeks then cycling back to my high rep routine for another 4 weeks. Hope all is well with you... by the way you look fantastic I guess training is going well.

lol... what's up stranger... I'm doing well... 5 weeks ago I changed my whole workout plan... went to a high rep routine and I cut out cardio completely. I finally gained some weight (6 lbs) and some more overall size.
