Why I Love It:
I love a challenge and I love to look good... so it's the perfect combination. I'm in the best shape of my life and I want to keep getting better... I'm excited to see what the next 10 years will bring.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's all internal, because some days I really don't want to go to the gym but I know without sacrifice there is no reward. I have big but realistic goals so I have to put in the work in order to get the body I want.

What's good man? Taking a couple of days off. I hurt my back man! Been seeing a chiropractor all week. Things are good...just need to rest the lower back it gave out on me...lol. I'll be back at it Monday.
Yeah I have been fine just trying to keep it up. I have to work on creating some type of workout if I cannot get to the gym. But I am fine. I need to upload somemore pics.
right now that is it. I want to start swimming but I am allergic to chlorine. I will do spin from time to time but I have cut back on the lifting a little I will go heavy again next month. I have lost more body fat. building and burning is to much for my body I have learned this.
Well I'm injured at the time the diet isn't working for me still having trouble with it trying to still train but have to wait until i recover how r u doin.
I am fine just had to go back on the heavy running and low calorie diet. I had to lighten up on the lifting for awhile. I am noticing in burn more fat when I focus more on that. Yep I have to go back to the old way.
I am fine. Yep it is going fine. the leg work out is tricky. What I have noticed is that because I have been running distance for 10 years my legs are strong so it is nothing to go heavy. Now I have to go heavier so I can kill the muscles. I be sore for days after the workout. any tips
