College athletics!! High jump, pentathlon, and heptathlon.
Why I Love It:
It is great stress relief. It's also awesome to be able to mold and shape the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to compete, and love to be the best. I will train hard to make that happen! Somewhere, someone is working out harder than me.. can't let that happen!!
BB Accomplishments:
IFBB Figure Pro!!
2009 IFBB Orlando Europa 5th Place
2009 Ms Figure International (Arnold Classic Pro Debut)10th Place

I jumped 5'11" in the high jump during the 2008 season, just missing the Olympic Trials qualifying standard by 3cm! I look to compete for Team USA next year in Israel.

If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.
Actually, it would be really cool to build a fitness/sports empire. So many young athletes don't have a foundation to compete, such as proper running form, plyos, and weight training. I'd like to write a book or do a video that outlines training basics for power, speed, and explosiveness. Then follow it up with the intense stuff!
For track, I will jump 6' +!
For figure, I am training to win! It also would be great to help other competitors with training and diet.

Tamar and I were talking about you... I did FSU Track (throws) i think the last year you were jumping.. Congrats on all of your achievements!! Will I see you in Jax of Tampa in August??
Hey Erin, no more track this year huh...it might be good for you going into comp to have just one focus though. As for me, training is amazing; I'm just loving it! Rep scheme is 10-8-6-15 at 75-80-85-60% of 1RM, sticking to just a couple powerlifting exercises per bodypart..soreness is UNREAL!!! Will have some new pics soon which I'm very excited about; take care and all the best getting ready for July:)
