How I Started:
I was sick of being 30 pounds lighter than my buddies and decided to start eating and training hard so I could make up some (if not all) of that difference in weight.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of knowing that one is fit. It's such a great, confident-boosting sensation. Then, of course, it's nice to look strong as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need to try to stay motivated... I just am. I love doing this.
