How I Started:
weight lifting class in high school. i was always a fairly strong some what built athletic guy however. i wanted to look better.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel better about myself. it gives me physical goals and makes me push myself. makes me more self confident. causes my body to look more attractive.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking in the mirror haha..nah seeing results makes me wanna hit it even more.
i want to have a well defined body. i would like to continue gaining lean muscle in my chest back legs and arms, my whole body pretty much. im fairly happy with my size now, except for a few areas..im getting in better shape than i ever have been.
currently im wanting bigger triceps, quads, delts, and im wanting to lower my bf to reveal my mid section

wall stretches for at least 2 to 5 minuets a day straight after all other stretches....YOGA if you can get someone to show you the quick power program (Something like 8 to 10 poses..never sweated so mutch in my life from what looked like a real simple warmup! Get pavels book on power stretching..remind me later after a month of this and i will give you a few more ideas! How new year treating you?
Kenpo is primarialy a strikeing art with a little jujitsu and judo throwne in :)..Did I rercute you yet...Heck..I would train you myself for free if ya were up here..just to have someone serious to train with on a regular basis.
