anytime. :) My day went ok...nothing to interesting. I just got back from a nice vacation and so I'm just relaxing right now. I got till the end of the month before I go back to work. What about you?

Chest and legs are my 2nd favorite. I enjoy working those muscles hard. You got a nice solid base to work with.

Lucky you. :) I work everything. Favorite part is arms (tris/bis). Abs I'm working on but, gotta lean up much more to see them.
