Playing sports. Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track, Soccer, Gymnastics. Just trying to be all I could be.
Why I Love It:
Just gives me an overall good feeling. I'm getting older and I realy feel it if I don't workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been really hard to stay motivated the past few years, but my kids are getting older and the beer keg belly is embarassing them and me.

This was the start of my transformation back to the old athletic me. Ugh horrible.
Joined Team Poynter. Thanks Stevep78 for the workout and diet plan. Will start on it next week, but started the ab work. Killer.

Goal (Long):
I have always been an athlete my entire life. Football, basketball, track, baseball/softball, golf. Luv them all. I played semi-pro football in San Antonio Texas for 4.5 years before tearing my right ACL. Slowed me down big time. Over the years became less and less active until I went from 198 to 238 in what seemed like overnight. Well time to go back to looking and feeling like I did 10 years ago.
