Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I started working for Bodybuilding.com! I have always been active and loved to play football and soccer in High School. I remember my coach always trying to get me into the weight room, but it has always intimidated me. I figured out that the reason for this was the lack of knowledge. Working at Bodybuilding.com has changed that! I work with some of the smartest people, and just knew that once I started, that information was just around the cubicle.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the idea that you work your muscles in the gym and that translates to bigger, stronger, and a healthier life style. I love seeing progress!

Three Month Transformation results.

April 2nd, 2010.  Whew!  What a great three months!  I think this is the first time I have stuck to a new years resolution!  Three things that led to my success so far: 1) My gym membership is reimbursed 2) Motivation from co-workers, family, and friends 3) A workout partner who had the same goals in mind Accomplishments: 1) Went to the gym four times a week for three months straight. 2) Gained 10 pounds of lean muscle. 3) Diet got much cleaner and leaner. 4) Gained a ton of knowledge about diet, weight lifting, and motivation. JackHammerJer Totally killed my Bi's and Back. Can't even lift my arms. Good stuff. The gym up here kinda sucks. They have a HUGE free weight area. They dont offer towels...sucky. It is called Bally's Gym. Plan on killing Shoulders and Abs tomorrow. Hope ya have a good workout. Later Jan 20, 2010 9:23pm
