stoped football(soccer) an started drinckin too much an takin drugs i had no buisness takin(not good when you have ocd lol) so lifting is a good way keep my mind focused and reach a goal

tozhead6changed Weight from 158 lbs. to 160 lbs., a 2 lb. gain in 36 days
overall i would like to be as big and naturall as humanly possible! (for me anyway lol )and to finally develap a six pack which always seems to elude me. the weight i aim for that i think i can realistically achieve is 180 pounds with 9-10% then if i reach that i will set another goal
when i go to my gym i never no which excersize im going to do next or how many reps poundage and so forth this is how i like it and it keeps my body guessing all the time. all my workouts are an hour long followed by hiit which is always 20 min on top of that.
