That just doesn't seem right that if you working your butt off and eating clean there is little change. I do know that body type can have a bit to do with how quick we progress. What kind of supplement are you taking? I DO see back progress though! I think the thinner you are the harder it gets to lower the BF and gain the muscle. I have diff found that out about myself.
