How I Started:
Wanted to lead a healthier lifestyle and look fabulous.
Why I Love It:
I love the results I am seeing and how I feel. After a great set or a workout I say "Damn...I did that!" I never thought that I could be athletic!
How I Stay Motivated:
1. My trainer! He truly inspires me & pushes me to limits I didn't know I had. 2. The progress alone keeps me motivated. 3. I attend body building competitions and think "someday that will be me."

I do kickboxing 2x a week.

I outdoor cycle 1x a week and spin 1x a week.

I run for an hour 2x a week. One day I do sprint intervals and another day I do hill intervals.
