How I Started:
Wanted to lead a healthier lifestyle and look fabulous.
Why I Love It:
I love the results I am seeing and how I feel. After a great set or a workout I say "Damn...I did that!"
I never thought that I could be athletic!
How I Stay Motivated:
1. My trainer! He truly inspires me & pushes me to limits I didn't know I had.
2. The progress alone keeps me motivated.
3. I attend body building competitions and think "someday that will be me."

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I have such a long way to go myself, I am trying to find my own motivation.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I have a CD I made that I listen to on my way to the gym. The songs on it are:
