How I Started:
I was very active in sports in high school.Lifted weights all the time. I weighed about 300 lbs my senior year. I was very strong. When i graduated i had to get a job. When i got the a job i quit lifting. for 2 years. about 6 months ago i weighed 345 lbs and i was always feeling bad. so i decided that this was going to change. Now 6 months later i am down to 291
Why I Love It:
Lifting weights to me is relaxing. i love working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep losing weight, and i am getting so much stronger
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 54 pounds. I can bench press 425 correctly

This week has sucked. havent been to the gym but have been eating ok. Have to get back to it but work has been hell this week. glad next week everything gets back to the norm and hopefully this break also will give my body a rest and shock when i get back to it.
