How I Started:
I was always a skinny kid. So my sophmore year in high school I signed up for advance weightlifting and ever since then I've been training everyday.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get after my workout is like no other. Im much more confident in life. The way my body looks after years of being this skinny kid.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I want to quit I think about there is someone is out there working twice as hard as I'am.

Running will certainly help - specific exercises will only help shape them once you have lost the fat.

Unfortunately, I think everyone will tell you it's all what you eat. When I started eating small clean meals every 2-3 hours & cut out alcohol, my bloated stomach went away.
