The reason I prefer to keep to myself is because I find a lot of people may try to sabotage your progress by imposing a lifestyle of balance on you. I am all or nothing and love it. I love eating the same things everday - getting up at 4AM and going to bed early to do it all over again. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I don't try to lose fat - I do it. It's a foregone conclusion with me. I never quit because I just want it so bad.
