I am using the CHA diet to lose fat. My goal is to get leaner than I did last year while remaining above 180 lbs - that would mean that I put on some muscle since last year!

The reason I prefer to keep to myself is because I find a lot of people may try to sabotage your progress by imposing a lifestyle of balance on you. I am all or nothing and love it. I love eating the same things everday - getting up at 4AM and going to bed early to do it all over again. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I don't try to lose fat - I do it. It's a foregone conclusion with me. I never quit because I just want it so bad. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I recommend the new flavour very highly. I like putting 1.5 scoops in my Steel Cut Oats - I put extra water in the oats when I cook it so it's reallllllllly soggy (the protein then makes it very thick and delicious) - then after cooking - let it cool a bit and mix in the 1.5 scoops, which...

Awesome work man, your abs are coming along nicely. I've got similar goals, and a bit of the loose skin too... I wonder how long it takes for that to tighten, or if it even does. If not I'm screwed lol. Keep it up, you're inspiring.
