Goals: 1) work on pencil-calves and make them proportional to the rest of my physique. 2) focus on core exercises even more to reduce back pain caused by herniated disk 3) maintain muscle mass 4) reduce bodyfat slightly 5) healthier diet
Goal (Long):
MY 2007 HEALTH GOALS *have another injury-free year *reduce body fat, 6-pack abs -> 8-pack abs *beach volleyball, improve hitting this year *increase calf strength 50% so I can jump better! *stop all caffeine consumption (no coffee, no sodas, etc) *stop all soda pop consumption (diet and regular) *take a multi-vitamin every day *get some cardio every day. I get about 9hrs/week now but don't do cardio on every day *lower salt consumption, I eat way too much salt *eat green leafy veggys at least once a day *continue limiting meat to once a week chicken or fish *limit daily sugar intake to 1/4 cup
