I do between 6-8 reps. I like to go heavier with fewer reps. Why? Seems my body responds better to it, and my head too. I get easily bored if I do many reps. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends on the exercise, and actually have never timed it. Starting the next set when it feels right. Probably between 1-2 minutes rest.
